Postnatal Mummy & Baby Group Pilates Classes
Your postnatal journey deserves just as much care and attention as pregnancy itself. Whether your little one is weeks old or you're returning to exercise after several months, Holly's postnatal classes offer a gentle, progressive path back to feeling like you again.
Mums must have had their 6-8 week postnatal check up with the healthcare professional before attending the class.
Benefits for New Mums
Restores your pelvic floor — One of the most important things you can do after birth. We work gently and progressively to rebuild strength, reduce leakage, and support long-term pelvic health.
Rebuilds core strength safely — Holly guides you through movements that reconnect you with your deep abdominals, helping to address diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and rebuild from the inside out.
Eases postnatal aches — Feeding, carrying, and lifting your baby puts a lot of strain on your neck, shoulders, and back. Pilates helps counteract these demands and restore balance to your body.
Improves posture — Strengthening the muscles of the back and core helps correct the rounded shoulders and forward head posture that often develop in the early weeks of motherhood.
Boosts mood and mental wellbeing — Moving your body, breathing deeply, and spending time with other mums in a supportive environment can do wonders for your mental health.
Rebuilds confidence — Feeling strong and capable in your body again is a powerful thing. These classes are a space to celebrate how far you've come.
